Flexible medical risk assessment tools integrated into AXA’s online sales process


Healix medical risk assessment tools have been fully integrated into AXA Direct's online travel sales process, bringing customers a streamlined buying experience. AXA customers with pre-existing medical conditions can now complete their quotation and buy travel cover, quickly and easily online.

AXA Direct has been using the award winning Healix risk assessment tools for a number of years through their call centre but has recently fully integrated the tools into their online sales process. This is part of their strategy to improve the on-line customer experience.

Roman Bryl, AXA Lifestyle Direct Manager explains: "We wanted to create a much better on-line experience for AXA Direct customers, raising our offering beyond the industry norm for travel insurance websites.
