Medical Case Manager (RGN) UK


Salary: Based upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Hours: 4 days per week, Monday to Sunday, 8am - 6pm or 12noon to 10pm.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Medical Case Managers, (along with the Assistance Coordinators), remotely coordinate medical requirements and care plans for individuals and their dependants posted overseas, ensuring we provide care to the highest standard, within NHS guidelines.

Medical Claims Administrator


Salary: Based upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Function: Healix Health Services

The Role

Working in liaison with the Health Services team and reporting to the Team Leader.  The Medical Claims Administrator will provide daily administration within Healix Health Services, ensuring a professional and high standard of customer service at all times.

The Hours

35 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Medical Claims Assessor

The Role

Working in liaison with the Health Services team and reporting to the Operations Manager, Medical Claims Assessors will be required to provide a professional and high standard of customer service at all times.

The Medical Claims Assessors will co-ordinate the patient’s treatment plan; liaising with all members of the healthcare team, and the client to ensure that all parties have the relevant information, and the patient receives appropriate medical information and access to required medical services.

Medical Case Manager (HCA)


Salary: Based upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Hours: 35 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm plus one Saturday per month for which time in lieu is granted or overtime paid.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Medical Case Manager will provide ongoing co-ordination of patient treatment plans for members, in liaison with all members of the healthcare team, the patient and the client. The Medical Case Manager will ensure that all parties have the relevant information and the patient receives appropriate medical information and access to required medical services.

Provide ad hoc and formal clinical support to other departments such as the Sales and the Medical Underwriting team.
