Marketing Executive


Salary: Based upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Hours: 35 hour week, Monday - Friday

Invoice Administrator - Healix International


Salary: Up to £22,000 depending upon experience.

Location: Esher, Surrey.

Healix International's expatriate team provide a medical advisory and case management service to British Government employees and their families based overseas.  Due to new business and our expanding workload, we have an opportunity within the team for an Invoice Administrator.

The Role  Our Medical Case Managers, along with Assistance Co-ordinators remotely coordinate medical requirements and care plans for individuals and their families posted overseas.  Using our database of approved Global Medical Providers we now have a requirement for an Invoice Administrator to process the ever-increasing invoice list and resolve queries in liaison with overseas medical providers.

Business Analyst


Salary: Based upon experience

Location: Esher, Surrey

Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm

The Role

Assist the Head of Projects in providing a business analysis role across the Healix International business. The role will require liaison with internal clients, including end users and potentially our developers.  The scope of projects will be diverse and will include medical case management, pre-travel medical screening, web applications, public facing portals and Apps.

Key Activities / Main Duties

  • Map existing workflow processes

  • Suggest improvements and re-map working processes

  • Translate business requirements into new processes, system solutions and detailed functional specifications from which the department can make efficiency improvements and from which the development team can work

  • Work with the IT development teams to resolve functional issues related to business applications and to troubleshoot issues

  • Improve operational efficiency through business process definition, system alignment and reporting design

  • Analyse requests or requirements for application upgrades to determine impact to operations and integrated systems

  • Perform testing of all new functionality and reports, and help to manage bug
