Membership Services Administrator - Healix Health Services

Salary: Up to £22,000 depending upon experience.

Location: Hampton, Middlesex

Healix Health Services Ltd is a healthcare company providing medical advisory and case management services within the UK. Due to new business and our expanding workload, we have an opportunity within Healix Health Services for a Medical Claims Administrator.

The Role   Working in liaison with the Sales and marketing and Health Services team, the role is to provide membership services to clients of Health Services.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Loading of membership information within the Case Management System for new clients.
  • Updating and maintaining membrship data.
  • Liaising with clients on membership updates, renewals and scheme leavers.
  • Resolving membership queries from clients, brokers and Case Managers.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the sales and marketing team.

 

The Hours   We work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.

Our Requirements   We are looking for an individual with some, or all the following areas of expertise:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and attentioin to detail
  • A basic understanding and previous experience of the medical insurance industry and claims processing, would be an advantage
  • PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • The ability to demonstrate customer led thinking
