Healix Health Services partners with HCB Group

Healix Health Services has announced a new partnership with HCB Group to enhance its employer wellbeing services.

Healix Health Services is incorporating HCB’s Employee Health Management services into its service offering to provide employers with hands on practical expertise to ensure that when an employee has any health issues they are supported from day one.

Through the new partnership, Healix Health Services clients will be able to access HCB Group’s nurse-led employee health management service under specially negotiated terms, which can provide:

  • New employee screening
  • Case management
  • Absence management (long-term sick/ill health retirement)
  • Specialist assessments

HCB Group will also facilitate ‘traditional’ Occupational Health services to Healix Health Services clients such as:

  • Vaccinations & immunisations
  • Health surveillance
  • Health assessments

Nick Bushell, CEO, Healix Health Services said: “HCB Group has a great reputation in the employee wellbeing arena. Its expertise will add value to the Healix Healthcare Trusts we already operate for businesses of all sizes.”

Jim Harris, MD, Health Claims Bureau Group said: “The partnership with Healix provides HCB with a well-respected platform upon which to blend our Employee Health Management services in support of the Healix Healthcare Trusts. HCB aspire to redefining the traditional Occupational Health model, and this valuable partnership will help accelerate our growth in this area”.

Our corporate healthcare trust offering provides a high degree of flexibility which has many benefits when compared with a more traditional health insurance proposition. The introduction of additional partner services means that Healix are able to extend the range of benefits we offer clients within a fully integrated health and wellbeing programme.
