Cancer Care Performance Pathway
Meeting the growing challenge of cancer
Cancer is one of the biggest health challenges facing today's workforce. Rising incidence rates, increasingly complex and fragmented treatment journeys and growing healthcare costs mean employers need a more proactive way to support their people and speed up returns to work.
Cancer support often starts too late and ends too soon, with employees navigating multiple pathways while managing the physical, emotional and practical impact of cancer. The Healix Health Cancer Care Performance Pathway brings prevention, early detection, specialist support, life after treatment and ongoing support for people living with the impact of cancer into one coordinate approach
Through our partnership with Perci Health, employees can access specialist guidance at every stage of their journey, while employers benefit from a more proactive and evidence-based approach to workforce health.

Lucy’s story
Following my cancer diagnosis, I underwent surgery, genetic testing, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. While treatment was challenging, access to Perci Health through the Healix Health Cancer Care Pathway made a huge difference to my experience. Early on, I connected with a Cancer Nurse Specialist who helped me understand my diagnosis and regain a sense of control during an overwhelming time. Through Perci Health, I also received personalised support from a multidisciplinary team, including a dietitian, exercise specialist and psychotherapist, helping me manage both the physical and emotional impact of cancer. This support helped me navigate treatment, prepare for recovery and return to work sooner than I thought possible. While recovery remains ongoing, I have been able to embrace my new normal with resilience, confidence and optimism. I am incredibly grateful for the support I received during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
