At Healix, we know it's vital to receive quick access to healthcare. We've made access to women's health services as easy and smooth as possible.

Whenever you are experiencing a women's health concern, you can speak with your Virtual GP for advice and support. If you have elected to be a member of the healthcare scheme, further support through our women's and men's health partners may also be available.

How to get started: Contact the claims helpline to speak with our experienced claims team. They will guide you to the most appropriate services, including access to a remote advice service with our in-network experts.

General advice

For any general women's health query, including menopause symptoms, contraception or pregnancy advice

Your virtual GP

Access Health Heroes through the portal to speak with a GP directly — no need to contact us first. You can request a GP who specialises in women's health.

Self-referral

Alternatively, self-refer by contacting us directly, without the need for a GP referral. Our claims team will guide you to the most appropriate service, which may include remote consultations and diagnostics with one of our in-network experts.

Cover is provided up to the limits in your table of benefits. Once the limit is reached, scheme rules as outlined in your exclusions and limitations will apply.

Please note: Remote consultations with our in-network experts are limited to 4 per member, per scheme year. Diagnostics following referral by our remote in-network experts are limited to £500 per member, per scheme year. Refer to the online scheme guide for full details of the cover available.
