Healix joins the Ukraine Business Network to support recovery and resilience

27.06.2025

Healix International has joined the Ukraine Business Network (UBN), becoming one of the first travel risk management organisations to do so.

This move strengthens our ongoing work in Ukraine, where we support businesses operating in high-risk environments.

What is the Ukraine Business Network - and why is it important

The UBN plays a vital role in fostering cooperation between private sector partners and government institutions. As Ukraine continues to face the effects of conflict and prepares for long-term rebuilding, Healix's inclusion in the UBN reflects the value of our practical expertise in operating safely in complex environments.

As part of our membership, Healix attended a recent event in Kyiv co-hosted by the UBN and the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). Based in Washington, USUBC promotes trade and investment between the U.S. and Ukraine. The event brought together Ukrainian and international leaders focused on rebuilding the economy. Our participation underscores our active role in supporting safe and sustainable operations on the ground.

Earlier this month, Healix also took part in the GLOBSEC Forum 2025 in Prague. Our Senior Country Security Manager in Ukraine, George Janjalia, spoke on a panel about the country’s investment outlook and geopolitical challenges. The session explored how Ukraine can build resilience, and attract long-term investment despite ongoing conflict and global uncertainty. Healix shared insights from direct experience helping organisations manage risk and keep operations running in this challenging environment.

In a fast-changing environment, joining UBN enables Healix to stay close to the conversations that matter, alongside the people shaping Ukraine’s recovery. We’re proud to be part of this critical network.

Upcoming webinar on Ukraine

Next month, Healix will host a webinar: Back to business: Rebuilding business operations in a war-changed Ukraine. It’s aimed at risk and security professionals seeking insights on how to safely return to a high-risk environment, maintain continuity, and plan for the unexpected. To register, please click here.
