Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT)
Multi-day, scenario-based learning that tests judgement under pressure. Includes pre-travel planning, equipment, vehicle safety, trauma care, public disorder and kidnap avoidance. Delivered in person on site, tailored to your needs.

High-Risk Security Training (HRST)
Build core security awareness for travel to moderate-risk areas. Delegates learn personal security principles, threat and risk recognition, high-risk mitigation and incident response. One-day course. In person or remote.

Crisis Management Planning
One or two days on structure, decisions and communication in a crisis. Gives leaders a calm process to follow when events escalate. Delivered in person or remote.

Wargaming
A safe way to test and refine crisis plans against evolving threats. Bespoke scenarios expose gaps, strengthen decision making and build team resilience. Delivered in person by members of our Healix Risk and Security Advisory Board, tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Active Shooter Preparedness
Two-hour course covering pre-incident awareness and clear action steps during an attack. Tailored to your office or site. In person or remote

Situational Awareness
Two-hour session teaching travellers how to notice and avoid risk using our SAFER principle: situational awareness, avoiding routine, familiarity with risk, common sense, remaining anonymous. In person or remote.

Intelligence and Analysis Fundamentals Training Course
This five-day course, developed in partnership with University College London, provides a solid foundation in sourcing, analysing, and presenting security intelligence. Designed for risk managers and their teams, plus those looking to develop their careers in security/analysis, it equips delegates with the tools to identify risks, interpret complex data, and support informed decision-making. The course can be delivered in-person or remotely.

First Response Emergency Care (FREC Level 3)
A five-day in-person course equips delegates with the essential skills to provide life-saving care in the first minutes of a medical emergency. It covers practical, hands-on training to manage trauma, illness and stabilise casualties before professional help arrives. Delegates receive a regulated qualification valid for three years.

First Aid at Work
Employers have an obligation to carry out risk assessments and appoint suitable first aiders who can provide appropriate first aid. This three-day course is specifically designed for the workplace, focused on common workplace incidents, injuries and sudden illness, This training can be delivered in person, worldwide. Attendees will receive an Ofqual-regulated certificate valid for three years upon completion.
Travel safety e-learning
Our e-learning web-based courses help staff tackle common risks during work or travel. Each interactive, accessible module is split into short lessons. Certification can be used as part of a pre-trip process, aiding compliance and preparing travellers for the road ahead.
