Government assistance

Travel risk management for government missions with medical, security and emergency support wherever your people land.

When people travel for government work, things can change fast.

A protest near an embassy. A flood that strands staff. An injury in a remote location. These moments call for speed, clarity and expertise - not call centre scripts.

We’ve spent 30 years supporting government teams and other organisations with complex footprints - defence agencies, NGOs, news broadcasters and more. Every case is owned by a trained coordinator, backed by clinical and security specialists. We focus on the person, not just the process.

Third-party invoicing and guarantee of payments (GOPs)

  • We oversee inpatient and outpatient care to make sure standards are met, wherever treatment takes place. We’ll arrange guarantees of payment so treatment can begin without delay. If higher-level care is needed, we’ll coordinate safe evacuation or repatriation - including air ambulance support for complex cases.
  • Most risks call for speed, coordination and clarity - not force. That's what our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) is built for. If a region floods and travellers are stranded, Healix GSOC tracks events, alerts teams, and coordinates safe movement. It’s tactical - focused on helping you get people out, monitor developments, and keep everyone informed.
  • Sometimes you just want to test a hypothesis, monitor a situation or get a second opinion. Healix intelligence helps you do that - quickly, discreetly and without stretching your team. Whether you're opening a new post, reviewing drawdown plans or tracking a local outbreak, we can provide tailored analysis that supports decision-making.

Immediate help, anytime

You can contact us 24/7 by phone or email on a dedicated line – no verification needed. We’ll respond quickly with medical advice from clinicians who understand the realities of deployment. You’ll also get remote security guidance and help managing incidents as they unfold.

Humanitarian assistance programmes

Most of our work supports planned government deployments. But sometimes, the mission changes - and so do the people involved.

When governments take on humanitarian responsibilities, such as relocating refugees, our teams work on the ground, providing medical and non-medical escorts, secure transport and crisis response. Every journey is carefully coordinated, shaped by local realities and backed by operational experience.
