Flu Vaccination Programme
A flu vaccination programme is a practical way to help reduce operational disruption during flu season while supporting the health and wellbeing of your employees.
Seasonal flu remains one of the leading causes of short-term sickness absence in UK workplaces. Each year, an estimated 4.8 million working days are lost to flu, contributing to a wider economic impact of around £644 million.
At Healix, we provide UK based organisations with a flexible vaccination programme, designed around the needs of modern workforces, with options for UK organisations that have office-based, hybrid and remote teams. Our vaccination programme enables you to:
-
Reduce the impact of seasonal flu on productivity and business continuity.
-
Support employee wellbeing through easy access to workplace vaccinations.
-
Encourage vaccination uptake with flexible options that suit your workforce.
-
Manage programmes effectively with simple delivery and clear reporting.
