Smooth and efficient onboarding for ClearBank
Working with ClearBank to deliver a smooth transition from their previous provider with a focus on driving engagement with members.
The challenge
Healix Health Services has been working with ClearBank since August 2021 providing our Corporate Healthcare Trust services. Our brief focuses on delivering a smooth transition from the previous provider and driving client engagement through our open, flexible approach and use of comprehensive management information (MI).
Our approach
To meet the challenge, we onboarded ClearBank to our healthcare trust offering by mirroring the company's existing benefits. Our dedicated account manager also worked closely with ClearBank to ensure the transition process progressed smoothly and stayed in regular contact with the client to make sure expectations were being met. All ongoing claims were handled efficiently, and any issues resolved quickly, during the transition period.
As part of the onboarding process, we also held a webinar for members to help drive engagement and interest in the healthcare benefits available to them.
As well as our Corporate Healthcare Trust, ClearBank has also taken advantage of some of our additional employee healthcare benefits, including our virtual GP service and our Women's Health and Long COVID propositions. Members of the trust are also able to benefit from using our digital employee wellbeing platform with access wo a range of tools to support their wellbeing, as well as being able to use our Member Zone, a portal for members to manage their benefits and claims online at any time from any device.
Results
Feedback from ClearBank and members has been positive throughout the transition process, and as we continue our relationship with ClearBank, we will continue to analyse the MI data to ensure benefits are tailored to support the specific needs of members.
