Healix is independently owned by our founders, Dr. Paul Beven and Dr. Peter Mason and was first established in 1992 to provide medical assistance services to the travel industry.

We have since grown and diversified to provide a wide range of healthcare and travel risk management products and services for a variety of markets and boast an impressive list of clients across corporate, government, NGO, education and insurance sectors.

We have a well-earned reputation for superior medical case management which reflects upon the skill and experience of our staff, whether that is in managing UK healthcare claims for corporate healthcare schemes and insurers, or in managing international medical emergency cases. Our nurse-led approach to case management ensures treatment is efficiently managed through our global network of medical providers, ensuring all treatment is medically appropriate and costs are intelligently contained while providing a superior level of customer service.

As security risks have increased around the world, we have also rapidly expanded our services to help employers ensure the safety and security of their global workforces and other global assets. We provide global organisations with the essential tools to keep abreast of the risks their employees may face, wherever they are located, and the resources to mitigate those risks by planning, preparing and taking appropriate action as and when required.
